Evida is part of the Skai Collection, offering a versatile bio-based artificial leather with a richly varied leather grain and a pleasant soft feel. Made using 80% natural and renewable raw materials, Evida is a sustainable, phthalate-free upholstery option suitable for public areas, hospitality, residential and healthcare interiors.


Description
Evida is part of the Skai Collection, combining the look and feel of leather with a more sustainable material construction. Its surface features a richly varied leather grain and a pleasant handle, making it suitable for a wide range of upholstery and covering applications.
Developed with sustainability in mind, Evida is made from approximately 50% renewable raw materials, 30% natural-based raw materials and 20% crude-oil-based raw materials. This means more than 80% of the components are natural and renewable, helping to reduce the ecological footprint. It is also phthalate-free, produced and finished in Germany, and manufactured using 100% CO₂-neutral energy from renewable sources.
With strong durability, easy maintenance and excellent performance properties, Evida is particularly suited to public areas, hospitality, residential and healthcare environments, including medical and physiotherapy couches.

Application & Processing
Suitable for many kinds of upholstery and coverings within the upholstery industry, especially for couches in medical and physiotherapy environments. Evida can be processed using standard upholstery methods including sewing, tacking, sticking and nailing.
Please note: Do not use coloured adhesives or solvent-based adhesives.
Fabric Care
Clean the material surface regularly to maintain its properties.
Use a suitable skai cleaning agent or warm, mild soapy water with a microfibre cloth.
Do not use chemical bleach or abrasive cleaning agents.
Staining caused by jeans or other textiles is excluded from warranty.
For best results, clean marks as soon as possible and avoid harsh chemicals or unsuitable cleaning products.
